As a marketing, advertising, and PR executive for over 30 years, DJ has worked on both the client and agency side, where he tested and proved the value of social proof in driving sales for multiple large and small organizations. Specifically, he created the online review and reputation management strategy for a major franchisor, which nearly doubled their online conversions. DJ is a contributor to Forbes and several marketing books and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications.
